This is how it all begins...
This challenging project arises from two problems:
The absence of «hows» in study campuses and vocational training centers
The accelerated evolution in the labor market that requires professionals to develop transversal skills
We had to do something!
For this reason, we decided to carry out an arduous investigation in Latin America and Spain to select the 12 main competencies that professionals need in the next decade.
After a few long months, we made it! With 12 professional competencies, we now had the important task of selecting 12 experts in each competency from different parts of the world, who shared our values, such as a focus on people, a passion for teaching and an orientation towards explaining the “hows”. In addition, they wanted to be the chefs of "And that, how do you eat it?, ready to cook incredible recipes for our readers.
Finally, we brought together wonderful authors from Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile and Panama, who enthusiastically designed 12 chapters for you that will guide you to develop the skills you need for your growth as a professional.
